I think researching is very challenging, like previous poster said – the sellers don't share much info unless you engage them in a conversation, which is difficult sometimes. Research is the key, everything else is mechanics.

Researching domains to purchase is the most challenging because the sellers are not providing the info that we domainers want…such as traffic and revenue stats!
