I think we will see a shift towards more people starting their own businesses and relying less on trying to find a job in this stale economy. I graduate this may and have yet to find a job in my major (finance). I have a high GPA and work experience but alas, nothing.

I’ve been looking for a lot of stuff about getting listed in the local searches. I guess you really have to make the content of your site “attractive” enough for the customer to click for more traffic. If, let’s say, I have a business, is linking my Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking sites all over the internet to my blog a good marketing strategy? It seems that those social networks are the most updated stuff that we have. So why not add it into the mix? It would be even more effective, right?
