Mark – Based on my own testing relevant keywords in your domain name is crucial, but like you said .coms are hard to find and even .net and .org are getting scarce. What do you think about the new .CO TLD. Worth the investment or not?

I wonder how much go.com (the example you gave for Action) is worth? Aside from being an action, it's also short, compelling, descriptive, generic and definitely brandable. It basically covered everything on your list. Nice list by the way.

I work in an industry where I have to sometimes advise various companies on general website structure and particularly url structure. You will be amazed at how many people prefer to use numbers and other unrelated components rather than their own brand/product names. So I definately empathise with your advice.
