Thanks for the great information! Learning about these useful applications and filters sure makes life easier when sorting through all those e-mails. It helps me be more organized and see clearly all appropriate information, not to mention helps me get rid of all the junk!

My boss uses AOL and refuses to move on even though his inbox actually fills up after 1000 messages and can’t take any more. I set him up with a Gmail account filtering everything out so that we would at least have backups after his AOL box got filled.

Nice post Mark. I already so something similar with my gmail, just didnt think about making a post about it lol. You can also do something similar as far as keeping a schedule and your day with google calendar with alerts ect. I use that for my blogs.
