I guess Humming bird is to help with that, but fot for nearly 200$</description>

		<description>Adam, if you find the right crowds then they can be extremely targeted.  It&#039;s all about finding the right crowd.
For example, I almost never unfollow people because soo many of the people who I follow return the gesture by following me back.
So you could assume you have targeted followers when a high percentage of people follow you back.
You also have to pick your niche of course and start tweeting alot of interesting things about it.
P.S. I&#039;m at close to &lt;strong&gt;6,800&lt;/strong&gt; followers now since I wrote this article last week. :)</description>
