these are some premium domain names and i think if they are developed in a right way, they are really going to be worth lot more. Like these 10K or something is nothing as compared to the value they have.

Wow! There’s so much possibility for the ‘green’.com. Many companies are following this movement, some even changing the corporate logo with green colors.
