If you’ve got a ccTLD, there are lots of forums dedicated to these, and they are a good place to sell. For instance, for UK domains, there is Acorndomains.co.uk, for Indian domains there is InForum.in and for .us domains there is USForum.us.

as a newbie in the field, is it best to pick one company to market your domains as you would select a real estate agent to sell your house, or do you give it to a few, or more, or do the sellers insist on exclusive rights to sell? thanks in advance

Godaddy’s TDNAM can actually be used to post free listings (with your $5 yearly membership of course) if you are ok with just one category.

We get a lot of emails and calls from investors wanting us to buy their domains and portfolios. While we do buy domains, we rarely buy entire portfolios. I will be sending this link to those domainers we cannot help.
Thanks for providing the domain industry with another great resource.
